David has over 25 Years of experience in Technology R&D and Internet business development. David is a serial entrepreneur, most recently as a founder and director of QuizRevolution, an Israeli start-up which has served more than 50 million quiz embeds via their platforms.
David made Aliya from the US in 1997, and lives with his wife and daughter in the coastal city of Netanya

Jonni Niemann
Jonni adds the European flavor to the founding team. Raised in Copenhagen, Denmark, Jonni's journey went through New York, where he served at the Danish Mission to the UN.
Jonni has been working with Executive Sales of High Tech products and services in RADVISION. Jonni graduated from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) with an M.Sc. In Strategy, Organization and Leadership.

Shai has 20+ Years of High Tech investments experience, including founder of Formula Ventures funds. He was Chairman of Formula Vertex UK Ltd. (UBS Capital and a board member of Formula Systems Ltd (NASDAQ:FORTY). He joined the Formula Group in 1995 as CEO of Argotec investments delivering an IRR of 153%. Shai served as the CEO of Clal Computers and technology and VP at DEC Israel, as well as Chairman or director of some sixty Israeli high tech companies (including 4 NASDAQ listed companies).
Noga has over 12 Years of High Tech investments experience as a General Partner of Walden Israel Funds and Managing Director of BRM. Noga’s strong track record includes investments in Mellanox, SintecMedia, Zend, Safend, EPOS, and others.
Noga also has over 18 years of experience in top management of leading High Tech companies (SunGard Business Integration and Consortium).
Tali has over 15 Years of High Tech investment experience as a General Partner of Gemini Israel Funds. Tali is an adviser to international investors on opportunities within the Israeli high-tech sector, and external director at Attunity Ltd. (Nasdaq: ATTU), Vizrt (OSE: VIZ.OL), Alvarion Ltd. (Nasdaq: ALVR), as well as serving on boards of several privately-held companies and non-profit organizations.
Tali has 8 Years of top management experience leading High Tech Companies in Silicon Valley and in Israel.
